E-LEARNING, THE PROBLEM OF LINKING TECHNOLOGY WITH KNOWLEDGE COMPANIES

In this number we are pleased to host an interview with Marco Magnanti, President of AIF, Italiana association of trainers, and „ Autostrade per l’Italia” responsable for Training and Internal Communication.
Magnanti was born in Rome and has a Psicology degree at the „Sapienza University” he has done a specialization in the Psicology of the Community. He started his carrier working as a teacher in the Indesit company and in the Cerved, especially in motivational courses for the use of the computer.
Magnanti is actually developing a FaD system for the „Autostrade per l’Italia” and teaching in leadeship, team building and stress management courses.
In this intrview we asked Magnanti to explain his ideas about managerial training and E-learning in particolular. We talked about the e-learning market in Italy and about his experience as trainer and respnsable for the „Autostrade per l’Italia”.
