EGOCREANET- NGO in Florence (IT) is committed to promoting a culture of sustainability and social responsibility with a view to promote an open innovation disruptive and trans-formative communication in order to reshape the criteria of sustainable development of the future knowledge  society. For this purpose, the operational activities of EGOCREANET would be to promote some projects in the framework of Horizon 2020, to encourage the creation of an international consortium in order to produce research development addressed to obtain a better trans-disciplinary balance and multi-actor  activities in the social and economic environment, both in respect of the research advanced topics than of investment conscious decisions. These activities designed  by EGOCREANET are definitely moving towards the participation in European calls in order to support through  European funding new frontiers of research in the areas most promising to enhance the structural change in research of public and private organizations. In addition to these activities planning EGOCREANET and co-workers, will develop initiatives and actions of congress and ITC’s dissemination of innovative conceptual contents (by the web, blogs, magazines online, Facebook platforms , etc.) altogether appropriate to encourage the modernization of scientific and technological research institutions and in order to catalyze joint actions to support the structural change in research organizations aimed at promoting responsible research and innovation.    In within that goals  the mission of EGOCREANET will be  to develop advanced systems like “Acceleration of Knowledge” in building the bio-economy (KBBE) by means of an innovative organization’s management and  through the growth of knowledge networks,  aimed at producing models and highly complex and heterogeneous systems, with the objective of overcoming the obsolete mechanical condition of the industrial development. The criteria for the selection of projects and activities promoted by EGOCREANET are mainly guided by the principles of complementarity, and open collaboration between partners and stakeholders, in order to enhance common and converging interests rather than ‘increase’ competitiveness in the context of European and international research policies of innovation. Thus promoting the growth of systematic activities of cooperation between the university and industrial research centers, who are willing to share the common characteristics of investment strategies of risk and long-term research and innovation, focused into a responsible consciousness for foster the development of emerging technologies with a view to a clear advancement of social and economic trans-disciplinary of knowledge .(1)

“INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY AND ITS FUTURE DECLINE CAN NOT BE POSTPONED”
The industrial society does not seem to have chance of survival for pursuing beyond any reasonable limit, the “mechanical” development criteria that are  extremely simplistic compared to the complexity of life and society in transformation. The process of increasing poverty in the most advanced industrial society is an obvious indicator, and another indicator of the obsolescence of the “mechanical” concepts  applied to the industrial development is the deep alteration of the environment caused by a consumerist attitude in the management of natural resources. So that the “mechanical” science and innovation of the industrialization culture, too evidently is creating nowadays an irreversible damage, with a growth of the magnitude of risk of reaction of  the environment that it is increasing exponentially. As we can see through the “Climate change” disasters.  Therefore, the transition to a post-industrial society of shared new knowledge, which will be based on the criteria of innovation and development of Knowledge Based Bio-Economy (KBBE), nowadays requires a management of risk (Chaos Management) that will become able to control and to offer a serious guidance on control of large risk of maintaining permanently policy criteria of the industrial development that now it is to be considered  completely obsolete.
The Horizon EGOCREANET project Proposal on SCIENCE and SOCIETY (in acronym, QUASSI : Quantum Art, Science, Society for Disruptive innovation and trans-formative communication) will be oriented to promote an international level, the responsible research and innovation, which is based on the emergency to an appropriate “culture of uncertainty”. That will be the modern culture able to better understand the risk management of research & innovation, between private companies and  public institutions of contemporary industrial society,  that without a cultural ans scientific deep change, can lead to a real disaster no more ‘convertible (2).
Therefore, the QUASSI Project aims to develop a large share of the value of the transformation of “industrial society” in the near future of  “Knowledge Society” whose focus is in the management of risk, modulated by social responsibility research and business, as a basic elements of  a new concepts of social and economic development and organizations, whose mission is therefore to support creative research organizations focused to re-directing their potential for new knowledge in order to develop a strategy and an action plan for responsible research to give an enhanced consciousness  for developing a real innovation that responds effectively and efficiently to a profound change in cross-disciplinary and international social new developmental strategies. “FOSTERING RESPONSABLE RESEARCH & INNOVATION”
<QUASSI PROJECT-IDEA SEE THE TRANS-DISCIPLINARIETY BETWEEN THE “QUANTUM ART AND SCIENCE” AS  A VECTOR OF SOCIAL CHANGE BASED ON RESPONSIBLE RESEARCH AND INNOVATION>.
Summary: Conceptual stage.
Development of future Knowledge Society is today an accelerated process of a deeply social change both in economic and cultural transformation, that need to become not merely based on a set of local policies and particular programs instituted for some specific results. It is important to underline that the contemporary crisis is not only an structural /economic crisis, but it is primarily an over-structural or a cultural-social crisis of post-industrial time.  In this society transition contest looking forward to favor the development of the KBBE (knowledge based Bio-economy), EGOCREANET would develop a QUASSI-Social Innovation Lab. for experimenting Quantum Art and Science as  a social  enterprise in which the overcoming of the determinism and objectivity criteria of mechanical science, today it becomes to be the fundamental and emphatic cultural and scientific challenge to go forward to a deep and complete change of the obsolete industrial society.

The QUASSI Proposal regards the way to overcome the many traditional preconception based on mechanical science reductionism, which think that a complex system is nothing more that the linear summarizing of its individual components into a perspective on a linear time causality. This traditional mechanical conservative understanding was very typical of a scientific culture during all the industrial society’ times. The QUASSI pioneering project will be founded by an trans-disciplinary extension of Quantum Knowledge to Life and Social  sciences, as an emergent processes to drive with a conscious Quantum Creativity the contemporary social and cultural change.

In fact the industrial system of production today may be seen as a generator of pollution and the systematic destroy of life and its bio-diversity in our planet. –In particular the QUASSI project proposal will be focus on the goal of the “Quantum Brain Theory” that permit to advance on our understanding of neuroscience in order to favor the creative and conscious brain function, so that offering potentially enormous benefits to change the industrial society. This goal can be enriched through the quantum art and science cultural movement that aim to improve the basis for a better future and the bedrock of a knowledge-based society and a healthy economy.

Following the above aims and goals the QUASSI project would develop a great impact on quantum art and science with and for society innovation by enhancing creativity within and for future knowledge development, through co-organizing with a network of partners: festivals, exhibitions, and other performances, lectures, readings, forecasting, case studies, interviews and so on in presence and on line using various platforms, in order to strengthen the cultural-political change through an innovative Horizon program on Science and Society about responsible research and innovation. The goal of QUASSI proposal therefore is to sensitize artists, researches and industry-managers in a knowledge sharing of a new trans-disciplinary perspective, in order to generate a great impact of the growth of the creative responsibility of the mankind’s future.
